Essentially, the mod is compatible with Minecraft Forge up to version 1.7.10. Developers try their best to have the mod updated to the newest Minecraft release but definitely it will take time. Wait for it!

In fact, the mod was first released to the public in April 2011. At this moment, this mod had the original name Train and Zeppelin mod and it just consisted of one cart and one steam locomotive. But the locomotive did not have GUI and the players could not stick the cart to the locomotive. Actually, the first idea of this mod was to provide a controllable powered Minecraft that the players were able to sit. After that, this mod received much support from the user community so it was intended to continue developing and add more carts and locomotives.
