How to find Steam ID

There’s a complex way to find your SteamID. And an easy way. The complex way is run the Steam app on your PC and log in. Click your name at the top right of the screen and select view profile. The page it jumps to has a long string of numbers in that URL. That is your Steam ID. If you have already selected a custom URL, then the number will not be listed - use the URL instead. The easy way is to use this tool!

steamIDs

A steamID is a unique identifier used to identify a Steam account. A steamID can be converted to the newer steamID3 and to a steamID64, sometimes referred to as community ID or friendID. With this steamID64, a user's Steam community page can be found. A customURL is an optional, more personalised identifier to look up a user's Steam Community page with.
